Door lock with latch
Central Europe, 16th century
Malleable iron. Triple bolt-locking mechanism riveted to a bow-shaped support plate. The latch terminates in a swaged fluted and tapered pinecone. Rivets hammered into quatrefoils. Decorated with grooving.
